Axis Arquitectura completed the remodeling of the exterior spaces corresponding to the commercial premises located in the central square of the Kudos San Fernando Business Park, as requested by the client to regenerate the space.
The project consisted of the integration of bioclimatic pergolas on the terrace of each establishment to provide them with shade and refreshment areas in summer, as well as light permeability and protection in winter. In addition, an aesthetic uniformity has been achieved for all the premises in accordance with the urbanized space of the square, which gives it a unified image.
To this end, the terrace furnishings were also renovated, with modern, resistant and elegant elements to make them suitable for the different uses that can be carried out.
All this according to the requirements requested by the client to revitalize these areas of the Business Park.
