This project is carried out within a building with six floors above ground and four floors below ground.
This is the renovation of a space for the implementation of a fully equipped gym. Next, we have created a changing room with 3 cabins and a PMR cabin with its respective toilet, sink and shower. Lockers have also been installed in the corridor next to the access door of these changing rooms.
On the fourth floor, adjacent to the elevator lobby, is the terrace. This space is accessed from the elevator lobby through a newly installed door. Furniture and new landscaping have been installed to improve user comfort within ESG criteria.
