Axis Arquitectura has successfully completed the work on the amenities of the Circuit de Barcelona building.
Once the design of the space to be renovated was completed, analyzing the best alternatives to optimize the floor plan, AXIS Arquitectura has delivered the completed work to KCRE (the building manager), consisting of the creation of a common space for the enjoyment of tenants, with a food court, a modern circulation and interior connection area, as well as the adaptation of modules intended for occupancy by companies with a limited number of staff.
These works, undertaken in the Circuit building, located in the municipality of Cornellá de Llobregat, in Barcelona, are part of the property's policy to reposition the building, mainly occupied by the Siemens company, and following its conversion to multi-tenant. This investment, together with the actions being carried out by the city council in the immediate surroundings, will provide a strong boost that will help attract future tenants.
The new Food Court space gives the property a modern look while optimizing spaces that were underutilized in the previous phase, taking advantage of the double-height floor and providing extra natural light. This gives tenants a recreation and relaxation area, which was one of the building's shortcomings.
