The conversion will see an existing building transformed into a modern student residence with 78 fully equipped en-suite rooms, all accessible to users with disabilities.
The project will have common areas that will provide future users with spaces for recreation and relaxation, including a co-working area, meeting rooms, dining room and kitchen, gym, and a large rooftop terrace.
The project will be completed in time for the scheduled opening in 2023.
