An important law firm entrusts AXIS Arquitectura with the Project Management of the remodeling of its headquarters in Madrid.
With a global presence worldwide, this multinational company in the legal and legal sector, which provides a wide range of services, has contracted AXIS Arquitectura to provide technical advice, under the Project Management modality, for the monitoring and control of the refurbishment of its current offices in Madrid, located in the emblematic Salamanca neighborhood.
With this refurbishment, the company is making a major upgrade of its facilities focused on two different aspects: on the one hand, it achieves a significant improvement in the well-being of its employees, achieving high standards of comfort, both acoustic and lighting, and optimizing different areas of its back-office. On the other hand, the creation of a reception area for its clients will provide one of the floors of the building with a representative, modern and elegant space, where it will be possible to combine the organization of events, presentations..., as well as private meetings, according to the needs of these clients.
The project, with a scope of approximately 1,800m², aims to homogenize the Madrid headquarters with the rest of the offices that the firm has in the different countries where it is present.
