Axis Arquitectura has been contracted as construction company for the comprehensive refurbishment of two-storey offices at 60 San Vicente Ferrer St. The intervention area is about 1200 m2 spread over two floors, and it includes the complete renovation of all facilities, creation of new interior partitions with dry partition walls and glass partitions. Accessibility is also improved through the installation of an elevator connecting both floors and the incorporation of a new additional staircase with a metal structure.
The project reflects an industrial architectural style with visible facilities and structures creating a sense of "open space" and allowing the functional elements to be part of the aesthetic design. The finishes with corporate colors in some significant spaces make a deep contrast with the predominant white, which brings simplicity and luminosity to the space. Special value has been given to acoustic insulation, with the installation of acoustic panels distributed in all work areas, adding value to the design and final aesthetics.
The intervention is completed with custom wood carpentry furniture, finished in pine and white melamine, characterizing a personalized and functional design while providing a warm, modern and minimalist atmosphere.
