AXIS Arquitectura has completed the adaptation of the outdoor areas of the Barajas logistics park owned by the company Prologis, for the creation of recreational, sports and recreational areas. These common areas will become a meeting point or focus of leisure and relaxation, promoting personal relationships between park users, and may become a benchmark in the future, which can be extrapolated to many other parks.
Paved seating areas have been built, with pergolas that provide shade for eating and resting, and areas for active gymnastics, calisthenics and ping pong. These areas will be materialized in "square" type spaces that will be set as if they were pieces of a game board. From them, a series of paths and plant beds will be generated that will link the pieces in a fluid and organic way, constituting an "articulated promenade" that will liven up life in the parks.
