AXIS Arquitectura has been awarded the tender for the design and execution of the project to transform the common areas of the office building located at 123 Claudio Coello Street in Madrid, owned by Bentall GreenOak. In this way, the architectural firm, specialized in the design and renovation of tertiary spaces, will execute the works according to an exclusive design, which highlights the creation of amenities for the users of the building.

With warm and cozy materials, as well as high-end furniture, multipurpose spaces will be generated for the use of the tenants of the building. Among these spaces, the Club area, on the first floor, and the terrace, on the penthouse floor, stand out, configured as informal meeting areas to receive clients in a prestigious environment and according to the representativeness of the users of the building.

With this transformation, Bentall GreenOak positions the building as a reference in the office market.
