AXIS Arquitectura has been chosen to carry out renovation work on the common areas of a commercial office building belonging to a 30,000 m² complex in northern Madrid.

The design focused on improving the common areas on the ground floor, with the renovation of the front outdoor patio, including bicycle parking; the creation of a paddle tennis court and rest areas in the rear outdoor patio; the renovation of the reception area and main lobby; and the improvement of the interior patio and changing rooms. In addition, various meeting rooms and an auditorium will be created for the enjoyment of the complex's users.

To improve all these spaces, different materials, colors, and textures have been combined to provide comfort and warmth, creating an environment conducive to professional use, but at the same time offering rest and entertainment for the complex's workers.

The building's excellent natural light, spacious common areas, and the possibility of having a conditioned outdoor space make it perfect for comfort and enjoyment. It also features a modern, contemporary design that makes it one of the most representative buildings in the area, while improving ESG criteria and complying with the building's environmental certification.
