It is a mixed-use, administrative-industrial building, originally built in 1990. In 2022 it was acquired by Diplogest S.L. as the location for the new headquarters of Iberfluid Instruments S.A., specialists in industrial measurement and control systems. The building was in a poor state of preservation, which is why the owner trusted AXIS Arquitectura to accompany them in the process of comprehensive design and turnkey reconstruction of the building, which took place over the last 18 months.

The aim of the project was to turn this building into an iconic and modern headquarters, as well as to recover the building's interior and exterior architectural values. The total reconstruction of its façade and accesses was carried out, including the adaptation of openings, the creation of a new monumental staircase of exposed concrete that organizes and articulates the different administrative spaces, laboratories and classrooms, distributed over three floors, the creation of a large "open space" work area with its associated work and meeting rooms, the integral design of new installations (electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.), the modernization of the workshop area (warehouse) and the installation of two new elevators.
