AEW has entrusted AXIS Arquitectura with the design and turnkey refurbishment of the common areas of the Amura building located in Alcobendas.

The renovation, which lasted 4 months, consisted of updating the finishes, adapting the lighting and improving the image of the common areas and the parking lot, through the implementation of a new "look & feel" throughout the building.

AXIS Arquitectura has carried out a complete renovation of the entrance hall, with a totally renewed appearance. For this purpose, a reception area has been designed with a new counter of great presence, relocated on the opposite side.

The old floor has been replaced by a new porcelain tile with a more modern design that brings brightness and dynamism. This flooring is one of the protagonists of the renovation, which is completed with the replacement of the old false ceilings, the application of vinyl wallpaper and wood paneling to cover vertical walls, the renovation of interior and exterior signage and the installation of new furniture that generates attractive spaces for sitting and waiting.
