AXIS Arquitectura has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a detached building located at Paseo de la Castellana, 232 (Madrid), awarded by the company Blueberry Capital.  

GSM Arquitectos and Albion Management have been in charge of the project and the project management, developing the role of Project Manager.

The renovation focused on the transformation of an existing building into a modern student residence, managed by an international operator, which houses 78 suite-style rooms fully equipped and adapted for disabled access.

The work execution period has been nine months, which is quite a challenge, taking into account the scope of the integral rehabilitation, framed in a complex year for the construction sector.
