AXIS Arquitectura has been awarded the contract for the creation of a sports area (gym and changing rooms) and a leisure area (roof terrace) in an office building located at Avenida de Bruselas nº7, in Alcobendas, owned by Ibervalles Socimi S.A. The project, also drafted by Axis Arquitectura, aims to adapt and take advantage of existing unused spaces in the building to offer new services to tenants.

The gym will have cardiovascular exercise machines and a weight training area on the ground floor, and the adjoining changing rooms will have individual toilet and shower cabins, one of them adapted. These spaces will be located on the semi-basement floor, with a total surface area of 100 m2. The terrace, on the other hand, will occupy a roofed area of 180 m2 and will house specific furniture and shaded areas.
