Due Diligence LEG II

The Technical Due Diligence carried out for the LEG II Logística investment fund covered all of the fund’s properties:

Leg II Logística Warehouse - Camarma:
Calle de Jarama - Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid).
Area: 70,296 sqm of which 1,056 sqm is office space.
Leg II Logística Warehouse - Valls:
Avenida del Polígono 5. Polígono industrial de Valls (Tarragona).
Area: 26,014 sqm arranged over 4 modules. 512 sqm of office space. 

Leg II Logística Warehouse - San Agustín:
Polígono Industrial Sur, Calle de la Lobera. A-1 highway (Km 30). San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid). 
Area: 14,950 sqm of which 445 sqm is office space.

The Due diligence process included analysing the town planning status of the properties, their compliance with existing regulations, the state of repair of the constructions and the state of repair of their installations.
