Blueberry Capital has awarded AXIS Architecture a tender for the complete remodel of a building located at Paseo de la Castellana 232, Madrid. The aim is to convert an existing building into a modern student residence to be managed by an international operator.

The overall project and architectural supervision will be carried out by GSM Arquitectos, with Albion Management handling project management.  

The building, with an approximate surface area of 2,000 m² plus 800 m² of rooftop space, will house 78 fully equipped bedroom suites all accessible to users with disabilities.

The project includes the addition of new common areas where future users can relax and recharge, including a co-working area, meeting rooms, dining room and kitchen, gym and a large roof terrace. 

The new centre is scheduled to open in January 2023.
